It's always exciting when a project comes through our doors that's a little bit different and challenging. It's even more of a bonus that it's close to home, and my children will love it. Streetsense. approached us with the Badlands Play Space project and needed images that could be used to market the new business while under construction. The images have showed up in a variety of different locations and we hope it drums up lots of business for this new play concept.
TwoTyresDesign collaborated to produce renderings for Raymond Moldenhauer of RM STRATEGIES,a Blue Growth Strategic Master Planning Company, on a project that developed the Blue Growth Coastal Master Plan for Grenada. The project consisted of the preliminary and concept designs for Blue Growth projects totaling over 2.5 billion dollars. Images were created of the six signature projects that are planned for the Designated Global Tourism Center at St. George's, Grenada.
TwoTyresDesign teamed up with two great Washington DC located companies MakeDC and Engenium Group to submit a design for the 2015 D.C. Affordable Living Building Challenge. The design was based around a biomimicry/nature inspired concept in that the entire site acts as as a single living organism. The developemnent overtime would restore the sites natural ecosystem while providing unique living spaces unlike any other in the District. The innovative and dynamic concept stood out among the other great submissions and was awarded with "most progressive design" by the competition jury.
